(North Carolina)

We proudly offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty on all window film products and installation services provided by our company. This warranty covers manufacturer defects and installation-related failures of the window film for as long as the original customer owns the vehicle or property on which the film was installed, subject to the terms below.

This warranty is issued and governed under the laws of the State of North Carolina.

This Limited Lifetime Warranty applies only to defects under normal use conditions, including:

• Bubbling, peeling, cracking, or adhesive failure
   
• Discoloration or fading due to manufacturer defect
   
• Installation-related failures not caused by external or environmental factors
   

This warranty does not cover damage, failure, or defects resulting from:

• Neglect, abuse, misuse, or improper maintenance
   
• Use of ammonia-based, abrasive, or improper cleaning products
   
• Scratching, tearing, or physical damage of any kind
   
• Dirt, dust, debris, or contamination caused by the vehicle, structure, or environment
   
• Abrasion or damage caused by items being placed in, removed from, or rubbed against tinted surfaces
   
• Accidents, vandalism, acts of nature, or aftermarket modifications
   

We do not warranty any window film installations performed outdoors in open yards or other uncontrolled environments.

Mobile tinting services are intended only for vehicles or properties that are adequately covered and protected from wind, dust, moisture, and other environmental elements.

Under North Carolina law, environmental conditions outside the installer’s control are not considered workmanship defects.

By booking a mobile installation, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The installation location must be properly sheltered
   
• Outdoor or uncontrolled environments increase the risk of dirt or debris
   
• You accept responsibility for environmental conditions at the installation site
   

Our service technicians are not required to verbally explain this disclaimer at the time of service.

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective window film only. We are not responsible for:

• Incidental or consequential damages
   
• Loss of use, loss of time, or inconvenience
   
• Damage to glass, electronics, seals, trim, or interior components
   

No other warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are provided beyond what is expressly stated herein, except where prohibited by North Carolina law.

This warranty and any disputes arising from services provided shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of North Carolina, with venue proper in the county where the service was performed.
